Broome County Public Library patrons who want to put library materials on hold will pay a 25-cent fee for each held item starting September 1, 2009.
The charge is being added to keep the library in the same fee structure as the other Broome County-area libraries and to alleviate some of the costs of the library’s current reserve system.
